We use modern minimally invasive procedures: endovenous laser coagulation (EVLC) and sclerotherapy. The procedure takes time. It is performed under local anesthesia without incisions, using small skin punctures. Straight dilated veins of the forearm are treated with EVLC. We perform sclerotherapy on the veins of the hands. A firm dressing is applied for 24 hours. Physical exertion can be resumed after one month.
